Recently Radius and Forbes Magazine listed San Diego as the best city to launch a startup. This was based on the analysis of 27 million U.S. businesses. San Diego ranks number one due to a large concentration of high growth businesses. One area identified as high growth happens to be computer systems design. Surprise! Surprise! Drive Current has been developing high performance, scalable computer systems in San Diego for more than a decade.

Our highest priority is to satisfy our clients and their customers through early and continuous delivery of valuable, working software. Our strength lies in our:

  • People – we build our projects around motivated individuals who are dedicated to getting the job done with continuous attention to good design and technical excellence.

  • Process – our refined agile processes promote sustainable development and harness change for the customer’s competitive advantage.

  • Passion – we work together daily with our customers throughout every project and regularly reflect on how to become more effective, then tune and adjust accordingly.

Our system is perfect for startups or corporate clients interested in taking a product from idea to MVP (minimum viable product). We have proven experience building innovative technology that delights both our clients and their customers.

Our CEO, Joe Steinberger, recently summed up the culture in San Diego and Drive Current:

Life is good in San Diego, which is fortunate for Drive Current because we’ve been able to attract great employees from all over the country.  Smart people come here to enjoy life, enjoy their work, enjoy their co-workers and get the job done.
